Bill Preece
First Tenor
Bill was born in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, where he started singing in the local Baptist Chapel. Much later in 1970 he moved to Buxton and joined Otter Controls, where he remains nonexecutive Chairman, having retired as Chief Executive in 2008.
Bill joined the choir in Feruary 2009 and is enjoying every moment — "it's great to belong to a choir that wants to succeed".
When he's not singing Bill is a keen sailor, keeping his boat in North West Scotland.
