Sunday 1st April sees the start of the new season of concerts to be given by
the choir in 2012. What a way to start, performing in the beautiful venue that is the Pavilion Arts Theatre,
situated in the Pavilion Gardens, right in the heart of Buxton. This beautiful, modern concert hall is the
perfect place to begin our new programme for this year.
Our soloist is the brilliant concert pianist Christopher D Ellis. If you have seen and heard this young man
before, then we know we will see you on the 1st. If you have not, you simply cannot afford to miss this
performance. Tickets are on sale now and you can get them either from the
Opera House Box Office or by e-mail from our own
ticket office.
Also due on 1st April is our new Magazine. This will be published twice a year with lots of news of our activities and other local events.
We have a very exciting programme planned for the year with some really exciting artistes appearing on stage with us, so please make a note of our concert dates and follow us through the year via our website, via facebook or on twitter. We look forward to welcoming you to any of our events...
